Great beef and customer experience. Ordered a couple dry-ageds steaks (90-day ribeye, 60-day porterhouse) - one of the only online shops offering premium aged products like these for the holidays.
The shipping provider was unable to deliver on time, and they called me and refunded my entire order, which ended up arrive 4 days later. Even though the porterhouse had spoiled, the ribeye was fine and perfectly aged - not super funky but really pleasant dry-aged and nutty flavors.

FedEx dropped the ball on the order delivery - I called Flannery, despite being after normal shipping times, they sent a driver to the FedEx store and overnighted the replacement in time for the long weekend. Fantastic customer service. More importantly, the steak was absolutely amazing, will definitely buy again!

Been ordering over 5 years. Always excellent quality steaks and great service. Packages that were lost or missed were instantly replaced. The absolute best in dry aged beef nothing comes close.
