I have been here a few times in the past and it was ok, although painful. The last couple of times I went my eyebrows didn't look good. They were too thick. The last time, which was today, I got a "tadpole"--thick on the inside and thin on the outside. I asked the woman to fix it by thinning the inside and she refused. She said "No, it looks fine." Who's the customer?? I couldn't believe it. I am not going back.

First time visitor. Old, dry skin with sparse, gray, white, brown and stray eyebrow hairs. Laxmi made me feel comfortable, wore a mask to protect me as I am immunosuppressed, which was vital to me. I came away feeling uplifted. It was painless, quick, and quality work. Thanks!

Laxmi is the best, the best customer service !!! And most definitely the best at what she does have been going to this salon forever now, I definitely trust them with my eyebrows and the prices are great !!!
