I hired Even to bolt my house's frame to the foundation. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. First, he helped me understand what aspects of seismic retrofitting were worth pursuing, and once I made the decision, he made it happen. His team worked quickly, and got things done in a very short time frame given the extent of the work, and they left the house looking beautiful. I would definitely work with Evan again (in fact I just asked him for a quote for another job).
