Let me preface this by saying that this is a long-overdue review is based solely on the product we received. The customer service and professionalism of Virginia was very satisfactory and deserves top rating. A few years ago BB Creative did our startup website, which was an eCommerce site. Our initial meetings with Virginia were smooth and we were looking forward to having a great site. When the site was delivered, we were disappointed. Virginia took the necessary patience to wade through technical Architectural plans and specs to upgrade our website and enhance the attention to detail that our profession demands. While encouraging us to get personal and allow our website to imbue our character as well as our professionalism. Now our clients have a feel for who we are and what we are about.
