I cannot say enough about my experience using Bartlett Tree Experts to do extensive work on my trees. The arborist and three man crew were extremely efficient, punctual, courteous, tidy, thorough and knowledgeable. They have certainly earned my repeat business.
I called 3 companies to do an estimate to remove 4 trees and trim 1 tree on our property. I called the Bartlett last simply because I thought an established company such as Bartlett would be more expensive and bureaucratic. Bartlett Arborist Nicholas came in to discuss and understand our needs. Based on the work spec, Nick gave us an estimate which was most economical. This is an update about the service I received. After I left my first review the manager called me to answer my questions. I expressed my frustration and told him that it was too bad that when one of his expert goes on vacation, no one takes over to keep the customer updated of the work. At the end I am happy with their service but I went through some annoying moments of stress, I wish I had not experienced.I recommend their on-site workers in the hope they can upgrade their office procedures.
