Fantastic cleaning crew and a great, fair price for a move out cleaning. And they were great because they were not a few weeks out like a few others. We had a last minute schedule change and they were very acommodating. I would definitely use them in the future!
Let's see it was great to have very nice fast efficient cleaners here! There were language barriers bc i unfortunately do not speak Spanish. Vilma was the best, thorough and thoughtful, Bella is a sweetheart. Elisabeth the owner tried to accomodate but if you arent once weekly or bi-weekly schedule- good luck having calls replied to. Sometimes it would take 3 weeks, sometimes 6 To get on schedule Elisabeth does her best, She sometimes replies and you may have to text twice and get response two weeks later Though. I was forever asking how much advance notice to give but you can tell she is too overwhelmed with schedule and doesnt have it together. You can also tell she has a short fuse with her hard working staff.I appreciated the help and have very specific needs as i have had chemical sensitivities and they nicely use fresh vaccum bag prior which is very thoughtful although it did have that fabric or detergent smell to it As if washed in tide.At times somethings broken like shades, door hinge, old jewelry box fell and the little notes of 30 yrs ago from friends were gone.A new woman came and i havent seen my handmade indigenous wood and torquoise inlay carved flute i purchased last year since she started visiting.Wilma always put it where i could find itI was practicing often but its been MIA since July and as a single person with a chronic illness no one else was here to move it.I am still hoping it will show up,Elisabeth brushed it off and you can tell she is under massive stress with a short fuse.She is at times a love but can not offer a professional apology when called for,She rather gets defensive as if she is triggered by her childhood memories with her mom. "Sorry it isnt good enough for you" I did not like that i told the same new woman to wear booties and she was in my bathroom and took them off, She wore the sneakers she wore on the street in my shower. Shoes that walk across the same street w human feces, dog feces, hepatitis and filth.this is my apt and i have chronic illness, dysautonomia, have some respect.Elisabeth said it was a liability, but please, if you are a nurse dear business owner you should have an inkling of street filth and complex chronic disease and never ever disrespect a person or client with street shoes in the house.I asked this woman to leave the spider web alone bc i was going to put it outside (bc i dont want to be a mindless killer) . She wrecked its web anyway. hoping my gorgeous $250 brand new hand carved flute shows up even though its been 4 months After the annoyance with the street shoes in my bathroom elisabeth excused it and that was the end of using the service
The team was extremely efficient and did a very nice job. I really appreciated the final walk-through to double check everything and make sure everything was cleaned as expected.I am very happy I hired these guys!Service: Deep clean
