Very disappointed with level of service and follow through with the shops at Moesser Lane and El Cerrito Plaza. Lots of false promises and lack of follow up. Left my information at the Moesser shop, wasn't looked at for 3 weeks leaving me in a panic as taxes were due in a week. I would only recommend this shop for the more basic returns, individual returns with few extras. They seem to be most concerned with volume rather than quality work. Ok in a pinch but get there early as you may receive false promises as I did. Or better go to one of the many on line offerings and do them yourself, it is not so difficult now with the newer programs.
