Edit: The updated stars reflect the quality and speed KeyMe's customer support provides. Opened support ticket regarding the initial order. Asked to contact the dispatched locksmith, they answered then went silent for a week. Contacted KeyMe again, the matter was resolved in 48 hours. Grateful to see a level of professionalism and attentiveness that's ready to deal with complications.Charged me a $79 service fee to go away after failing to open one lock. Did not use lock picking tools, just some air bags and a large screwdriver. Had to get someone else. Learned KeyMe had destroyed the lock before they left. Furious is putting it lightly.
