We couldn’t be happier with the work done by the Podesta team. From start to finish, their team was professional, skilled, and—most impressively—patient with our never-ending questions and input. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and their communication was great.
A huge shoutout to Alex, Dale, Matt, and Brandan—these guys worked their magic and made our home look incredible. We’d absolutely trust them with another project (though we might wait until we forget how much fun remodeling is). If you’re looking for a design-build contractor who does amazing work and keeps the stress to a minimum, these are your people!

We have worked with Podesta Construction on 2 remodels. The first was our downstairs gut and expansion. They were communicative, on time, and there were no budget surprises. Brandan provides thoughtful designs and Matt are communicative and thoughtful. The team of workers in our house were courteous, trustworthy, and skilled at their job. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, which is why we hired them again to remodel our upstairs bathroom and bedroom. We are now moving onto the kitchen and hope to start that with them again soon!

The absolute best. We worked with Matt on the recommendation of a good friend. He was incredibly thoughtful and thorough, and selected the best subcontractors we could have worked with (painter, electrician, flooring, cabinetry, stairs, etc.). He never tried to nickel and dime, and was incredibly easy to work with. We will definitely work with him again.
