I used service from South County Plumbing twice through Fidelity Home Warranty. The recent one was to replace a leaking water heater. I had pleasant experience with service representative and the technician. Even they had another emergency call, they tried to accommodate my request right after that and get tow work done. The tech was very professional and did a clean job.
I was reading mixed reviews and I feel some of the frustrations are coming from dealing with home warranty companies. My home warranty assigned them to come out. I had read some reviews and was prepared. However, the guy who came out, Michael, was nice and friendly, took one look at the issue and started to work on things immediately. He was done in less than an hour and very professional.
