I wouldn’t get anytime hemmed or tailored here. People are very nice there, but the work is sloppy and overpriced. The hemline was so uneven that I had to pay someone else to redo everything I had done there. Sad to say, but I won’t be back.

I'm in shock of my experience here. I took a bridesmaid dress in to get cleaned that I had worn for a total of 5 hours and nothing had happened to the dress. I originally took the dress in to remove some hemming tape. She assured me " the chemicals will melt the tape right off, no problem." I went to pick it up on the day they said it would be ready, was not ready. So I come back the next day and made the mistake of paying first. There's random black specs on it and the whole reason I took it to get dry cleaned in the first place was to remove the tape. Well, the tape was still there and looked completely untouched. A brides perspective (don't send your dress here) I had the absolute worst experience here. I did my research before dropping off my wedding gown and was told by a bridal shop that I could trust village cleaners. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my gown I opened up my garment bag to find a fully stained dress with yellow spots and holes in the lace that were not there when I dropped it off (see pictures attached).
