I love the Ulta birthday gift. I look forward to it every year. This year I got the mascara which is supposed to increase volume and curl lashes, which it doesn't. Love this Ulta! Unlike many other Ulta locations, I had the pleasure of getting assistance without hunting for it. Ulta employees in SLO typically will peruse the aisles looking for customers in need of help. In my experience, this is above par customer service that needs recognition. At this SLO Ulta, there are plenty of ladies to help answer questions and assist your needs. Speedy checkout and great parking since this is a stand alone store!
I haven't really ever been in Ulta before. But I needed a gift for my teenage niece. The store is large and kind of tough to find stuff, but the staff was incredibly helpful. I found a gift for her and got a couple of things for me! Signed up for their rewards program and am looking forward to going back with my discount coupon in hand. Incredible variety. Great service. Very good pricing.
