I had a very bad neck spasm and Heather did an outstanding job getting me back to normal. I really appreciate her focus on combining the massage work with effective breathing patterns. She’s a total pro and very skilled. Making an appointment and communicating with her was very efficient.

Heather has been fixing me on a monthly basis for as long as I can remember... I've only been elsewhere once when I was in a pinch and Heather was out of town. That's when I truly realized how good I've got it. She is fantastic! She is careful, receptive, and pays attention to detail. Specifically, I have neck and sciatic issues from working long hours behind a desk. I always appreciate how she shows genuine interest in my well-being and encourages exercises outside of massage that will help. Outstanding service. Heather is an artist at massage work. I am an Olympic level athlete and I saw what normally takes a week of recovery from hard training for me, end up at sub 24 hours with her precision help. Amazing, couldn't be happier with the flexibility and the skill! Nice having someone who cares!!
