I had a great experience getting a new nose ring here and they went beyond what I expected them to. The first nose ring I got ended up being too small, the piercer told me if its too small to come back in. I came back because it was ripping into my nose and inflamed, they saw me without an appointment and took it out. They didn't have the size I needed so they offered me a larger one while they made me a custom sized rose gold ring. I came back again after they texted me it was ready, only took a few dyas, and didn't charge me at all for the custom ring. I went in expecting to pay.
