Dr Nguyen is a good doctor. He seems to know what he is doing. His staff respond to my requests for prescription refills in a timely manner. The office has a lot of patient traffic so its a bit of an assembly line. Sometimes it can take months to get an appt at his office which is annoying but common these days. He bedside manner is OK but a little on the cold side ( covid-19 could explain this ). He is a good listener. It is tough to find a decent doctor these days. I feel confident in Dr Nguyen.
Dr. Nguyen not only cares but goes beyond call of duty to take care of his patients. A small story: I hurt my back could get no help, I had to drive back to the central Coast. I called his office informed them of my situation, because I was out of state they didn’t think anything could be done. Next morning about 7:00 AM Dr. Nguyen called, I was shocked never expected a call, he got me what I needed to get home. He’s a true family healer that cares. John
I HONESTLY CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH AMAZING THINGS ABOUT DR NGUYEN. HE HAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST BEDSIDE MANNER, HE IS SO SINCERE WHEN EXPLAINING TO YOU WHATS GOING ON WITH YOU. DR NGUYEN LISTENS INTENSIVELY AND IS NOT A JUDGMENTAL PHYSICIAN BUT RATHER A PHYSICIAN WHO LOVES HIS JOB AND IT SHOWS IN HOW HE INTERACTS WITH ME AS HIS PATIENT AND EVEN TREAT ME LIKE A FRIEND. I BELIEVE HE IS THE MOST AMAZING PHYSICIAN OF HIS TIME.
I CAN NOT THANK HIM ENOUGH FOR ALL HE HAS DONE FOR ME AND I HOPE I DON’T HAVE TO CHANGE PHYSICIANS UNTIL IM GONE FROM THIS EARTH LOL!
