Dr. B is a miracle worker! He is excellent chiropractor, and I always leave feeling much better in mind and body due to his adjustments. Unlike other chiropractors I've seen, he has loads of advice to me on how to not have to go to the chiropractor! From his advice, I've been able to switch out a mattress that wasn't serving me, improve my posture in ways specific to what I am currently doing wrong (which I had not been able to do before based on generic advice from the internet), improve the way I stand, walk, and work - and his background in physical therapy in really helpful for suggesting stretches that you will benefit from. Dr. B. is absolutely the best chiropractor I have ever seen. I have had chronic lower back neurosurgery, from which I still haven't really noticed any improvement. I had an adjustment from Dr. B back in mid Sept. which I found helpful, so I decided to try him again in lieu of more injections for scar tissue noted by my neurosurgeon in Santa Monica. I had this on Thursday, and I can (slowly) walk again, unaided. We go back the 27 of Jan., and I will have 5 sessions with him, which I hope will be the end of my pain or at least more improvement!
