We had a major water leak in the kitchen a couple of months ago, but were unaware of the extent of the damage until ServPro came out to inspect the floor. Once they did, things moved very quickly - Karen worked with our insurance company and had their repair crew out to the house the following week. Excellent job, and very caring, considerate service. Highly recommend.
