If your architectural design dream inluudes lawsuits, I highly suggest RRM Design. RRM was hired to design a marketplace in Atascadero. After RRM designer told the city council that they did the math and planning. Stating that no building would cause solar shading or ca code violations. The buildings ARE not complete yet but DO cause solar shading to multiple residents. The city even added to the approval no solar shading. This is forcing residents to seek legal avenues. The city, RRM, and others are now going to be spending years in lawsuits as they knowingly are encroaching on others property. I've had the good fortune to work with the architects of the RRM team on multiple occasions...on both residential and commercial projects. I suppose it says something that I've chosen to retain them on multiple occasions...but perhaps not enough. Their team is thoughtful, creative, responsive and fair. I strongly recommend their services.
