I am writing this review of Pacific builders building a complex in Yreka. I'm one of the residents who lives behind this construction site going on. I have been putting up with their ill gotten unlawful building going on for the past year. I've been putting up with their noise and the dirt and the dust flowing in my house along with all the other residents here. Most of the residents here are elderly and have probably health conditions going on. When they build back there and dig their dirt and push their dirt they're supposed to put a water truck on it every 20 minutes complying to the city and county bylaws laws and regulations. Since I've lived here for the past year plus they have not complied to any of those laws. I found them on the corner of my backyard today digging and not watering down so I came out with my hose and started watering things down as the dirt was piling up into my house. It ended up in a heated argument with one of the workers back there calling me a f****** b**** water myself doing his job with my water bill. I called the city and got no response and the dirt is still flying into my house. I also called Pacific builders to complain and they tell me that I won't have a response until Monday. I definitely would not consider Pacific builders to do anything properly. I see them out there playing with their Tonka toys taking their sweet time they're supposed to be done with the project by October but that's far far from when they will even be done they've been milking it like I said they're out there playing with their Tonka toys.
