I visited this location this past Sunday. I usually have a hit or miss time here. Last month I had a wonderful experience on my birthday getting a manicure and pedicure from Tony. He's sweet and funny, plus has amazing attention to detail and made my nails last for at least three weeks! However, my most recent experience was not so pleasant. I chose the deluxe pedicure and also ended up getting a regular manicure, both with regular polish. I was severely burned by the paraffin wax they use during the deluxe pedicure and included a photo. The Froom ranch one is horrible with scheduling! Don’t even bother to make an appointment because they double book you and you don’t even get the person you want! Go to foothill, managed way better!

I really like this place. It has a clean modern vibe and the staff are nice. Holly did my signature pedicure and I got paraffin wax on feet and a relaxing massage. She was attentive and kind. I would def go back again!
