I visited this location this past Sunday. I usually have a hit or miss time here. Last month I had a wonderful experience on my birthday getting a manicure and pedicure from Tony. He's sweet and funny, plus has amazing attention to detail and made my nails last for at least three weeks! However, my most recent experience was not so pleasant. I chose the deluxe pedicure and also ended up getting a regular manicure, both with regular polish. I was severely burned by the paraffin wax they use during the deluxe pedicure and included a photo. The hot wax melted the plastic bag that would have been used on my other foot if I had not exclaimed how hot it was. Pretty painful, the woman next to me also commented on how hot it was while I was waiting to start my mani. Then I had a manicure that was quick and pretty unpleasant, I did not feel the technician was attentive at all. Anyways, I left feeling unsure whether or not I'd recommend this location due to the burns on my foot. I don't think it was the technician's fault, but I think it's reasonable to make sure the wax is at a safe temperature for guests, whether by her or management. If I do come back, I'll be sure to book with Tony.
