Receiving bodywork from Heather was such a gift. From the moment I entered her space I knew I was in for a treat. She creates an environment of calm and safety, and intuitively knows what parts of the body need the most care. Her approach is gentle and effective. I personally have a hard time with letting down all my walls while receiving massages, especially as a first time client, but I never felt any strangeness during our time together. The impact of her work goes far beyond the physical body too; during the session I felt many emotional and mental shifts as she worked her magic on my energy body. Heather is incredible to work with. I have seen many different body workers and have a highly sensitive body with current, and past, injuries and I always leave a session with Heather feeling physically more balanced and less in pain. Her approach can be gentle while also skillfully attuning to your body to effectively go deep for more release.Heather LISTENS. She listens to you and to your body. At the core, my nervous system, my physical body, my heart, feel safe and held with her. And my injuries are addressed and healing is promoted.

Heather is a true angel that holds, supports and heals emotionally, physically and spiritually with the deepest compassion and love.
