They installed window and sliding glass door. They were 5 star worthy they cleaned up after themselves. They were also so nice and explained how they open and shut made sure I understood. So happy with my experience.

The real deal! I got 4 quotes for a major retrofit window job at my home (30 windows), and the winner was Monarch Window. I had some initial concern about online reviews I found but met the crew and felt very comfortable with them. Their strategy for retro-fitting the windows was also different than others had discussed. I had 3 other providers mention the likelihood I would lose glass surface area with the upgrade. The installation crew with Monarch explained how they would take the extra time to cut the existing frames out and help to avoid that issue. The end result... they did an amazing job! Monarch Window really did well for us. We had 20-year old vinyl replacement windows some of which were leaking and some of which were a bit cloudy. Monarch evaluated the windows and advised that we could fix rather than replace and save a lot of money.

So that is what we did, and it all came out great. The crew and admin are all knowledgeable, skilled and pleasant to work with. Our windows are now clear and leak free and we save a lot of money.
