He showed me what was happening (a completely new and different problem from the original one), and decided it could be fixed quickly. He did the work right then, and cleaned up after himself completely. It all took less than an hour and is high quality work. Everything is fine now. (I just wish I had a doctor who responded so promptly, explained things so well and was so dependable.“
