Dignity Health hospitals refuse to follow patients medical Power of Attorney forms, put incorrect legal gender on medical records, and add on extra procedures that are not discussed in clinic with the provider, during pre op appointments. I will NEVER recommend any facility that is owned or operated by Dignity Health!

Dignity claims to provide "compassionate, comprehensive, and quality care" to their patients. They do not. There is nothing "compassionate, comprehensive, or quality" about being bounced around to different call centers, being placed on hold for up to an hour, or being hung up on when calling to ask a simple question. Far too much bureaucracy and too many call centers. I just want to talk to the person who left me a voicemail message. Worse than Kaiser.
