Working with Hayley and Comet Realty was such a positive experience from the start! After seeing a studio I wasn't really interested in, Hayley kept me in mind for a 1-bedroom that would be ready in the next month. It was the perfect little place for me and my Golden with the best neighbors. Hayley really cared and was a wonderful property manager over the 4 years I lived there. She is approachable, friendly and helpful.

Hayley Townley and the whole group at Comet Realty were great property managers. If I ever had a maintenance request (which was rarely) they were completed in less than a day or a day at most by extremely competent and helpful people. They were always helpful, and are great to their tenants. Moving back to the slo area I wouldn’t go through any other group to find a home, rented or bought.

After renting two units over the years from Comet, saving a few Pennys we Just closed escrow, after a lot of sleepless nights and many negotiations, my family has a home to call our own! Travis was a superstar from the beginning searches to pizza the first night in the home, along with a couple early morning calls before the rest of the world was up and about ( the man answered my non sensical calls before 7 am !) A+ and I wish I could give Travis and Comet a 6th star#fromcometrentertohomeowner
