Dr carabeth has been my doctor for probably 12 to 15 years she is the most caring educated loving doctor I have ever been a part of and I am so grateful for her she saved my life. Thank God for her anybody that has postpartum should also go to her and then when it doesn't go away Thank you so much for the opportunity for me to be in your life I am forever grateful
Dr. Carabeth along with my primary care doctor, Dr. Shaban saved my life. I was so depressed 27 years ago that I was sure the world would be better off without me. I thought my family would be much better off and happier with me gone. These two doctors helped me get back to myself and helped me to be much healthier. Dr. Carabeth worked closely with me to get the right medications and in time I was able to stop taking some of the medications. I continue seeing her now and she has helped me deal with some very difficult family issues. I highly recommend Dr. Carabeth and am blessed to have her as my doctor. She researches new medications and monitors me to make sure my medication is still working well. Dr. Carabeth always ensures I am not having any adverse side affects as well. She really cares about her patients and does all she can to help them live their best life.
It Gets Better. Dr. Carabeth stuck with me from 1997, even past 2004, when I moved back to Los Angeles. I had 55 ECT treatments in 1997 with a different psychiatrist (who was also wonderful). I didn't know at that time that anything could ever get better. Dr. Carabeth worked with me with medications, herbs, and super-vitamins. I credit her Gingko Biloba with the gradual restoration of my memory and cognitive functioning after ECT. I credit her super-vitamins with helping me to titrate off of a benzodiazepine, over the course of 18 months. And I credit her dogged encouragement, and determination to help me find my own resilience, with the fact that I have learned how to thrive. I hadn't known it was possible. And things did get better. I am a manager at an aerospace company now. I have friends (I hadn't known how to have friends before). I am reunited with my family, after having been isolated from them by a batterer. I am resilient, and I am thriving. Thank you, Dr. Carabeth.
