    I have been working out with Judy for over 4 weeks now and have learned so much. Judy is by far one of the best personal trainers out here in the Central Coast. She has pushed me well beyond my limits. Who new that I could build my endurance much more just by breathing correctly. If there is one thing that I know now is that with out the basic proper body mechanics moving to the next level in your fitness is meaningless. She has helped me correct my posture and pushed me hard ! I am so thank full for her she is the best !!!!!

    ??Hands down one of the best personal training experiences I have ever had. I went to Judy because I needed the extra push, and also I wanted to learn how and why my body moves the way it does. Not only did I get a good workout but Judy also equipped me with knowledgeable tools that will forever change the way I workout. I can now workout in confidence knowing that I am performing my movements correctly. I highly recommend Judy!! She is intense! ? ?

    I am a mother of two who has always been a skinny person, so I never thought of incorporating fitness in my life. Last June I broke my ankle and due to being laid up for months I gains sooo much weight!! I tried following the fad diets and I even tried to workout, but because I didn’t know the basics of it, I didn’t know how to properly do it so I always gave up! Thanks to Judy I was able to understand body mechanics that made working out so much easier. She was so patient and so motivating.
