I have been to Annie twice. My friend and I visit SLO annually from the Los Angeles area. Annie does incredible work in massage using essential oils strategically placed. She worked out the tension in my upper back and gave me several stretching exercises to do during the day to release the tension in my back since I am on a computer most of the day.
