James and Rosalyn were fantastic to work with buying our home in Tahoe. I don't know why I didn't post sooner but James sold my mothers home a couple of years ago . He was fun ,straight forward and hard working. It was an estate to be divided among four of us with some of the disputes that are expected , no greed just my sister from out of state thought every home in California is worth at least a million. My moms was old and run down. James was patient while we tried prices that we all new [except my sister] were unrealistic and eventually came to a price that sold. It was exactly what James thought it was worth. If she had listened we could have sold it 6 months sooner but thats ok we have peace and an she is happy. She also thought James...read full review
