I had overflowing at midnight, do I call them and Blake came. He assessed the work and damage, because it was a major problem, he came back at morning with his team to take care of it. They did good job and they could find the problem quickly and fix it. I highly recommend them if you need a professional plumber.
The technician was able to identify and repair the leak with ease. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because we had to reschedule, so we gave them a call and rescheduled. Unfortunately when we called, it didn't reach the office that I originally had the schedule with, so we had to reschedule again. Then after the repair, the technician did not fully clean up after themselves, leaving drywall dust all over our kitchen counter and even left a half full roll of plastic on our kitchen floor. I just wasn't impressed by the overall lack of communication between their main office and our local office combined with the lack of attention to detail from the tech.
He Was such an AWESOME PERSON! He was great at work and super helpful at not only doing the job but explaining what he would be taking care of. One of the best customer service experiences i’ve ever had! Such a great outstanding guy and I would love to have him as a Personal Plumber lol!
