This car wash in San Lorenzo deserves ten stars for going above and beyond for their customers! So after washing my car I started vacuuming my car, I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car! After panicking (it was dark out by now), a worker from the car wash asked what was wrong. After explaining my situation, without any hesitation, this worker, Susie Dickson, let me use her phone. When I couldn’t get through to anyone, she offered to drive me home and get my extra key AND drive me back to the car wash! If I could give her and this car wash 10 stars I would!

While extremely busy, this car wash is very effective, especially the ceramic duck. I was especially impressed with the manager Will; he was directing employees, helping customers, sorting out problems, and making minor repairs, all with an upbeat attitude.
