I have nothing but praise for Robert Quinn and US Financial, and my eventual lender 21st Mortgage! I contacted them to see if it might be possible to qualify for a loan on a mobile or manufactured home in the Hemet area. Robert was so encouraging and optimistic that we could find the right fit. He helped me determine my price range, down payment, terms realistic for me. As my Real Estate Agent Lawrence Moderno and I looked and presented different prospects to him, we ran through the numbers.
