This doctor and doctor office group Dr native c did not make me aware that they did not contract with my insurance and charged me over $250 a visit I would not recommend this to anybody.
Terrible experience. The receptionist Sarah Stenquist was slandering her coworker - Aubrie the Esthetician - to me from the start , trying to steal me as her own massage client and trying to steal others of Aubrie‘s clients. At one point would not book me with Aubrie and wouldn’t return my phone calls. When I had to find Aubrie’s personal number to let her know what was going on, Aubrie herself booked me in the system and was so fed up with the bullying and harassment she endured. This was my first time here and I absolutely LOVED it!!! The staff is so sweet and answered all my questions. I got an oxygeneo facial done and my skin has never felt so good before!! Their office is cute and clean, it's a great environment. I've been to different spas before but never had such a great experience like I did at Shangrila. I highly recommend going here and checking it out if you haven't yet!
