I wishI could give more than 5 stars It’s so rare to find someone with this level of skill and such a genuinely kind heart. I left feeling grateful, happy, and excited to wear my perfectly altered dresses. I truly can’t recommend him enough. I stopped by last Thursday to see if I could get some help for a friend of my son. He had not had his pants hemmed yet for a wedding they were in on Friday. He lives out of town and waited too long. Charlene was working that day and she said to have him come in and she could do it. He was already at the rehearsal dinner. That was SO nice of her to offer. I asked her if I could purchase some hem tape as I was going to do it myself. She was SO nice and even showed me how to do it.Her Friendly and helpful customer service was appreciated and I just wanted to share.
