Joe is great! A contractor accidentally hit our main water pipe while digging. Turned out we needed to update the pipe anyway according to Santa Margarita Water District. We couldn't move forward with our walkway and patio project until the pipe was fixed. I called Joe and he came out next morning. And he changed out some of our irrigation pipes and re-routed them along the house. What we thought to be a straight forward fix ended up having leak issues due to old pipes. Joe came out a few times to resolve the problem. He made sure there were no leaks before the pipes got buried. Would use him again! But hope we don't need too.
Service requested for leaking toilets. Joe texted his exact time of arrival, arrived on time and performed the task quickly and accurately charging a reasonable fee for the work performed.
