Good service, but sometimes they forget to return calls. Price is comparable to other services. I wish they would do more things via email so I wouldn't have to go into the office. I'm very busy and prefer to do everything electronically

I'm really happy I came to Islas for help. She is very knowledgable and professional. She is also bilingual in case you need English or Spanish. She has been in the business for over 20 years and is well known in the area. I was recommended to her by a local in San Juan and am very happy I came to her for this tax season.

They are the worst, I they never gave me my ITIN letter and when I called to request this paper, this lady ileana was rude and unhelpful. I certainly DON'T recommend this place.
