Efficient Plumbing has completed two jobs for us. Completion of the past and recent services was excellent. Most recently, Titus did a fantastic job replacing our water pressure regulator. Reached out about a broken garbage disposal & received a reply right away with all of the details I needed. Set up an appointment for the next day & they called that they would be able to arrive a bit earlier than the appointment time but I had a baby napping at home so asked if they could come a little later and they were very understanding. Hector was very kind & finished replacing the garbage disposal very quickly! It works great and I am very happy I found this company & will use them again in the future when we need!
They came the next day. diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired it within a few hours. Tested and done. Before arriving, they had asked me to send pictures ahead of time. They saw there was clear water damage and offered to call a water damage company to help with the after repair work which would involve drying the wall interior and eventual repair. Both things that plumbers don't do themselves. I'm satisfied with the work. Would call again.
