As a pregnant woman I received excellent care and the staff were all friendly, helpful, and nice (to me)! Everyone there was very knowledgeable, the OBGYNs, the technicians, and everyone else there. Getting setup there was very straightforward. Wait times weren’t that bad either, though some days are busier than others. The only thing I noticed is getting a hold of someone on the phone without knowing their extension is a bit difficult.
My experience has always been positive here I like the nurse assistants and meducal staff. My medical questions as yet have not been answered but as I had not been to the clinic for a while they had to evaluate me. The paper work was extremely thorough, my insurance covers the cost overall I always feel taken care of and that is very important to me.
I went to see NP, Patricia yesterday for my nursing school physical exam.. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.. It was great to see a friendly health care provider! Thank you Patricia!
