San Juan Bautista Cemetery

My sister from another mother rests here. Finally went to visit her, been putting it off for a while...looks like I was finally ready. RIP Holly. Love ya to the moon and back...until we meet again. This is a small cemetery. Also known as: Larios Cemetery, San Juan Cemetery, San Juan District Cemetery or San Juan Bautista Cemetery District. Don't confuse this cemetery with the Historic one at Mission San Juan Bautista which is not far away. I did find of odd that a cemetery welcomes you to the town of San Juan Bautista. The cemetery is the very first thing you see when you come off the freeway...well the second after the gas station.

This is a very old cemetary and has lots of tombstones. The grounds are beautifully kept up. My young son said he couldn't believe how peaceful it was visiting this cemetary for the first time. After walking through all the little shops, this is a great place to sit and relax. Best kept cemetary I've ever seen.
