Joe from Zag has been an amazing person to work with. He likes to take care of his clients and potential clients and you can feel that he cares about people. We're not a client of theirs, but he spent time to help us with IT related concerns. They also hold trainings that assist IT Teams with different facets of the IT Dept. From the work and efforts that we received, I'd highly recommend Zag and because I worked closely with Joe - I'd highly recommend him!

I had a problem in resolving our DNS authentication when we changed our email domain name. I have reached out to support from our e-mail security support and email provider but none of them were able to resolve my problem. I saw the contact information for Zagtech in one of our accounts and remembered them from another company I had worked for to where Zag had helped me on another issue. I reached out to them and sure enough Zag pulled through and made it look so easy. They definitely know what they are doing!
