Jing is one of the most positive people I have ever met, she always share words of wisdom and kindness in her group. In addition, I love her teaching style: she gives detailed instructions, allows students to ease into an advanced pose, and pushes just enough to get us out of the comfort zone. And most importantly, we all had fun! Love you, Jing!

Jing is my favorite Yoga teacher. I practiced Yoga about 10 years. I used to practice in a group class and tried many different classes, like power, flow or yin, etc. I thought I knew almost every pose although I was not flexible enough to complete all of them perfect. Jing totally changed my view of Yoga, not in the postures, but her methods and encouragement to let us push to our own limits. I'm sweaty every time after coming out from her Yoga studio, but peaceful and happy from inside. How lucky that I can practice Yoga with such a great teacher. She's super and amazing!
