I got into an accident in the summer, it was my first time dealing with anything like this so I wasn't sure how to go about it. Because I was busy, I didn't get around to it until January. They were very helpful, explaining what I should expect, and experienced with dealing with insurance companies. They always answered and gave updates when I called which was great. The only thing that set the fixes back was the insurance not communicating well with either of us but after dealing with that every think when smoothly. When I got the car back, it was perfect.
