I have worked with this business twice and they provide excellent and quality service. They are communicative, responsive, and flexible. They are also priced competitively with great value as they come to you. I requested full service of my interior and they also provided a courtesy check of my tire pressure.
Reached out to a handful of car detailing places and Trung was the quickest response. He was really prompt at responding to all my questions and providing a price. He has different prices based on the type of car and what you want to get done. We got an interior and exterior cleaning for our SUV and defog our head lights. I think his pricing packages are reasonable especially for quality of work he does. I don't only look at competitive pricing when it comes to getting services done but customer service as well. I believe Trung had both. He's super friendly and communicated thoroughly. I liked how he was able to come to us to get our car cleaned which made it super convenient. He even had all his own supplies and didn't need to use our water or power. He gave a window time of when he'd arrive and actually was able to come to us earlier which he also communicated. I appreciate that because it helped with scheduling the rest of our day. He even finished the job quicker than he said it would take. Our car was super cleaned and looked brand new. We will definitely be keeping Trung on our contact list for future work. I definitely recommend him if you're looking for car detailing service.
Omg I am so thankful and appreciative of such amazing customer service and work ethic! Trung replied to my request the next morning and we agreed on a time where he was able to accommodate my work schedule. Left my car for him to work out, came back to it spotless and smelling fresh and brand new. I had a couple water and fabric stains on my seats, as well as dog hair in the carpets - all gone! I also requested interior detail only because I was unsure if he could do exterior wash without a water source from my complex, but he was able to also wash my exterior!Appropriately priced, amazing work. Will definitely keep TN Mobile Detailing for any future requests!
