I have filed my tax here for more than 8 years and never experienced a problem. To avoid the wait lines I usually file my taxes around mid March. I know many ppl complain about the prices being too high here but other tax places charge around the same amount or even higher! Since I have a file here, they file my taxes fairly quick! The ppl working here are always professional and nice and the owners are very informative and know the tax laws up to date.
