I hired this company as a referral from My insurance company. Owner was nice but the guy who runs his jobs is a nightmare. Messes up my bid, took weeks to get it. Then said he accidentally made a $5000 mistake. I did end up hiring them because the person who referred them said he did a good job for him. They installed the wrong color wood floor not once but twice! The workers know that they install the wrong color floor and could tell but the foreman LUIS kept trying to talk me into the fact that the floor would change color when you could obviously see it was a different wood. He kept telling me I was wrong yet all of his workers on the side told me they all knew it...read full review

I just got off the phone with Paul so this review is based on a conversation only. I am planning a whole house remodel and am considering sub contracting the various jobs out which requires multiple phone conversations with various trades people. I've learned a lot through this process and gotten to understand more about the different trades and what to look for in a sub contractor, etc.. While my job may be too small for Paul (only one small living room and hallway, and I may end up going with LVT anyway), he generously offered information on what to consider when choosing a flooring person, what the process is (all about sandpaper and such) so that I'll know the difference...read full review

Just finished having flooring put in by The Wood Floor Company. Paul was incredible! Everything he promised happened. Fast, on time and clean!! My flooring came out better than anticipated. I HIGHLY recommend them. When I need flooring again I will be back!! Thank you Paul. Not many companies out there anymore that stick to their word. I love my flooring.
