The Wood Floor Company

Wood Floor Company is totally professional. They take alot of pride in the work they do. If something is not right....they will bring it up and correct the problem even though it is not their fault. They know how to please a customer. They also will help you pick out the proper flooring. They are totally experts. I will use them again down the road and I would definitely refer them.

After meeting with several flooring companies and comparing quotes, we chose Wood Floor, and we could not be happier with the decision.

The biggest reason was Luis. From the first visit, he was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to understand our goals, explain options, and make sure every recommendation was right for our home. His professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the process.

The installation team was outstanding. They were punctual, respectful, clean, and took great pride in their work. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and the final result exceeded our expectations.

We had carpet in two of our rooms and needed hardwood put in. Luis and his team laid out a really good proposal with realistic timelines and and excellent cost. The final product is beautiful. We were so happy with the service, care, and consideration of Luis and his team. The thing that impressed me the most was the promptness and efficiency of the team. When they were said they were going to do something in a certain window, it got done, when they said they were going to be at the house, they were there. It made things really feasible to work with. Awesome company, I'm super happy with the final product and really grateful for their hard work!
