The Wood Connection

My 93 year young dad and myself had been looking into re-doing the kitchen cabinets. We weren't happy with what we were seeing so we decided to honor mom. She was big on craftsmanship and quality. We did really well, until we got to the drawers. One of the supporting pieces of wood just got worn down until it broke in half. We contacted several cabinet shops and most people couldn't be bothered. Found this place and what a pleasant surprise! Dad dropped off the broken piece of wood and I called to discuss if this was even a possibility. One of the owners, Bobbie answered the phone in the midst of a computer crash chaos. Her husband was frantically trying to get their system and their business back up and running. Yet, she was above and beyond knowledgeable, pleasant and most helpful! She explained that our cabinets were old school craftsmanship that required old school hand tools. She was honest enough to say her crew wouldn't know what to do with old school tools or cabinets. But her husband, the owner, is a master of both! She explained that their computer system was a priority but they would attempt a turnaround within the week. We gave as much information as was needed and dropped off the drawer so they could see what was involved. To our surprise, the part was ready when dad went in the next day! Not only do these folks know their business inside out, old school, new school, but they are just amazing. I went online to see some of their work and it is amazing! When we're ready for new cabinets, I won't be going anywhere else! You don't know how happy you made dad and thank you! And thank you for making my life so much easier! I'm an only child, legally blind, disabled cancer survivor 3 times over. This meant the world to me also. Thank you and keep up the excellent work! It's so hard to find the whole package under one roof, but you all are it!

All I can say is WOW, did we hit the jackpot. When we started our remodel, we didn't know much and we knew what we wanted. I designed our kitchen and started shopping for cabinets. The obstacles we ran into whether quality, price or design were overwhelming and we were so close to giving up. Then we found Bobbie and Dennis and we realized that we could get what we wanted in our dream kitchen! Dennis gave us valuable feedback and gave us many things to consider (style of cabinets, types of wood, painting vs. stains, not to mention a dozen other details!). We then moved on to the other aspects of our kitchen knowing that our cabinets were going to be exactly what we wanted! What we didn't expect is the genuine kindness and incredible attention to detail that we received from Dennis and Bobbie. Never did I expect such a superior level of customer service or compassion from any part of this project. Every single aspect of our experience with this couple were above and beyond what we could hope for. Not only do we have a solid cabinet maker contact for any projects in the future, but I feel like we have friends for life. I highly recommend them for any cabinet maker needs, just unbelievable!

Back in December 2021, after extensive shopping around, I contracted with Bobbie and Dennis to do a vanity/pantry for our main bathroom remodel. From our first meeting to the last they were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Today the cabinets were delivered and I am beyond blown away. These are the most beautiful, high quality cabinets I have ever had in my home. From the wood quality to the workmanship they are exquisite. I highly, highly, highly recommend this company and Bobbie and Dennis. And the clincher is their price was very reasonable. As I said, I shopped around and I expected a product that was made by hand by actual cabinetmakers to be way more expensive than other "custom" products but they actually were a bit less. How does that happen? If your looking for the best you've arrived at your destination!!
