Alex greeted me when I arrived for my first visit and got me to complete the paperwork. He took me in to evaluate me and was EXTREMELY easy to talk to. Felt like I made a friend right off the bat.
After my evaluation and asking me questions about my health he had me stand up and checked where I was in pain. I felt extremely safe.
Alex then gave me one of the best adjustments I have ever had. It was a tiny bit more aggressive than expected but each adjustment felt great.
It has been about 5 hours since the appointment this morning and I feel good and my back pain is MUCH lower. I can’t wait to see Alex at my next appointment.

Dr. Alex Lai is an amazing chiropractor and I highly recommend him. He always does a great job identifying and hitting the exact spots that need attention, and I always leave feeling better after an adjustment.
