I joined the Cakery about six months ago. I was ready to step up my game. Cardio alone wasn’t cutting it and I wanted to build muscle. Joining the Cakery was the best decision I could make for myself. First, the group of girls I work out with are the best! Supper supportive, motivating and fun. We’ve created friendships that now extend outside the Cakery. Second, the space itself has everything you need to get a great workout. 1.5 years later I'm still here! I've never been so committed to fitness and working out till I started at The Cakery. Not only have I learned so much about weight training and created a healthy habit, but I've also met so many like-minded souls that help keep me motivated. The support system at The Cakery is truly something so beautiful, that you can't make it up until you experience it. Marlon and Barry continue to show up and give you their 1000% EVERYDAY, you can't help to want to consistently give it back as their client.
