I was surprised and delighted that I was able to get a hair appointment. I was done with my COVID hair! The shop is clean they are taking all precautions to protect the public and themselves. Well let's just get to it my daughter and I went to Kim's to get a haircut we didn't have to wait long. the shop is clean and bright when I finally sat down to get my hair cut Kim and I talked about what I wanted. She was patient and had suggestions. I didn't feel rushed and I am very pleased and the end result. Thank you I love my cut. My daughter had come along with me. I've been a customer for about a year at Kim's Hair & Nail Tech- an awesome place for your hair, nail needs & more! Exceptional customer service, very friendly staff, and outstanding quality of several services provided. Miss Kim is the owner, who is simply the best. She is very attentive, detailed, and cares a lot about her customers. She is a lovely lady, and I'm very glad her shop was able to re-open during these current covid circumstances.
